Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?
If minors are staying alone, they must have parental consent.
(However, children under 15 years old cannot stay without a guardian, even if they have a consent form.)
We ask that you submit a consent form when you check in. If you do not submit the consent form, we may refuse to allow you to stay at the hotel.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, while check-out is required by 12:00 pm
Can I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in or after check-out?
We will operate a “Self-Service Locker" on the 1st floor.
●Initial storage is free of charge for up to 24 hours.
●After 24 hours, items will be stored separately at the front desk. Please note that perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately.
●Any items that are not retrieved within 3 months from front desk storage will be disposed.
●Usage is only available for hotel guests. We will firmly refuse any use by individuals other than those who actually stay. (Not available for accommodation personnel)
●We do not take any responsibility for theft, loss, or damage of stored items caused by the user’s mistake or failure to follow instructions.

Is early check-in available?
① If you wish to check in before 9 am
Accommodation reservations must be made the day before.
Even if you request a room on the same day and we are able to prepare your room, it will be charged the accommodation fee for the previous day.
②If you wish to check in from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Basically, we do not accept early check-in during this time.
Please ask at the front desk as it may be possible depending on availability on the day.
In that case, there will be additional charge.
③If you wish to check in from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
We accept additional charge.
However, this may not be possible depending on the availability of rooms on the day.

Is late check-out available?
Late check-out may be possible by contacting our Reception and is subject to availability on the date of departure. (Be noticed that extra charges may apply.) A one-night room fee will be charged if you would like to stay later than 3:00 pm We will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free after your check out.
How late can reservations be canceled?
The cancellation policy and fees are set as follows.
One day before your check-in date and the day of your stay: 100% of the first night's accommodation fee
No-show without notification: 100% of the first night's accommodation fee
*In the case of consecutive nights, the cancellation fee will be applied at the rate of the first day of stay.
*Cancellation policy may differ depending on some plans. Please be sure to check the cancellation policy as it is stated in the plan description and reservation confirmation email.
Do you have an early departure fee?
If you request an early checkout by 2 days before your originally scheduled checkout date, changes can be made without any fees.
If you request after that period (1 day before to the day of checkout), one night's room charge will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Please choose the breakfast option on the reservation page if you wish to arrange breakfast, or Contact Us for additional arrangements.
How can I get back items left behind at hotel?
If you have left something in your room, please contact us at the email address or phone number below.

*We will not contact customers regarding lost items, except for valuables and items containing personal information. Other items will be disposed of three months after the date of discovery. However, food, drinks, cigarettes, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day, regardless of the item.
Do your rooms have Internet access?
Complimentary wired and wireless Internet access are available in all of our guest rooms.
Do you have Non-smoking rooms?
Guest rooms at the SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR SEOUL MYEONG-DONG are all non-smoking rooms.
Can I bring in my own food or alcohol?
The guest can take their own food and alcohol, however, we do not accept the delivery service such as chicken, pizza, Etc.
Is extra bed available?
There is no extra bed.
Do you have toothpaste and toothbrush in the room?
In accordance with the Ministry of Environment's 'Regulations on the Use of Disposable Products in Lodging Facilities', we are changing the amenities in our rooms to comply with government policy and actively participate in environmental protection.

Do you have a room with a computer?
There is no computer in the guest room, but computer use is available at the business corner, 17F. (free of charge)
Is it possible to cook in the room?
Cooking is not allowed in the room.
Do you have connecting rooms?
The hotel does not have a connecting room. For adjoining room assignment, please request at the time of booking in advance and this will not be guaranteed subject to room availability.
What type of outlet is it?
The hotel only accepts Korean SE type 220V outlets.
Can I borrow curling irons or Hair irons?
We have straightening irons and curling irons (36mm) available for loan at the front desk. Please feel free to ask if you require one.

Hair irons can be hot and can cause burns or fire, so please be sure to read the usage guide and instruction manual here before using them.
Can I connect an HDMI cable to the TV?
HDMI cables can be connected in the room, but please bring your own HDMI cable.

There are no smoking areas inside or around the hotel.

There is a WOWPASS machine in the lobby.
