Good morning everyone!

It's already mid-May, and you're probably starting to get used to your new life.
At Sotetsu Fresa Inn Inn Yokohama-Totsuka, we welcome both business and personal stays!

Today, I would like to explain something that you may have misunderstood when staying at a hotel!

As you will be informed at check-in, our hotel does not provide pajamas or Toothbrush in the rooms.

Toothbrush are available on the front desk on the 3rd floor.
In addition, we have pajama racks in the elevator halls on each floor.

Our waffle fabric top and bottom separate pajamas have been very popular with many customers!
We also have pajamas for sale if you would like some, so please feel free to ask at the front desk.
Next, I have seen guests say that it is good manners to tidy up their bedding and other belongings when checking out.

In fact, when you check out of a room, even if there are no signs of the bed or other furniture being used, we always change the sheets and clean the room.
So there's no need to tidy up your futon before you leave!

In fact, some people have said that it is easier to clean the rooms when they have been used, so we hope you will feel free to relax at our hotel until your departure.

We will also provide other information to help our customers have a more comfortable stay.
Please continue to check out our official website, Instagram, etc.!
