I wonder if the temperature has calmed down a bit these days.
It's September now and my appetite for autumn has arrived!
I usually prefer to eat relatively healthy foods that aren't too strong in flavor, but sometimes I feel like eating something strong-flavored or greasy, which means I want to take in calories.
Don't you feel that way sometimes?
So the other day I took a stroll around Yokohama Station, which is easily Location from our hotel!
It is about 10 minutes by train from Totsuka Station, the nearest station to Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama-Totsuka.
The next station on the Tokaido Line is Yokohama Station.
Did you know that there is a commercial facility called "CIAL" at the west exit of Yokohama Station?
It is a commercial facility that mainly sells food-related products and has restaurants, deli sections, supermarkets, etc.
While I was strolling around CIAL Yokohama, I came across "Ganso Yudo"!!
However, the delicious smell, the Hotel Exterior of the store, and the stylish interior make it hard to believe that it is an abura soba restaurant.
Before I knew it, I was sucked into the store.
The menu is quite simple.
There are only two types: regular abura soba and abura soba with spicy miso.
Both of these abura soba noodles come with a wide variety of toppings, so you can customize your own favorite abura soba noodles!
This time I chose the large portion of the menu item "Spicy Miso Abura Soba + A."
The dish consists of spicy miso oil soba noodles, parmesan cheese, and egg yolk.
Also, don't worry, our Abura Soba and Spicy Miso Abura Soba come with bamboo shoots and meat by default!
You can change the size of the noodles for free!
The "exclusive noodles for oil soba" are a proprietary product that took eight years to develop. They are made from a mixture of Chinese noodle flour and pasta flour, and are truly delicious. What's great is that even if you get the extra large size, you can always increase the size for free!
In fact, there were several people sitting next to me who looked to be high school students, and they all ordered the extra large size and ate it with gusto.
And I forgot to take a photo, but even the drinks are free at this shop!!
Health-conscious guests will also enjoy the drink bar, which has a free all-you-can-drink menu including detox water, black Oolong Tea, and jasmine tea!
What's more, I was also impressed that the glasses at the drink bar were tumblers rather than regular cups!
Wow, that's amazing... (; ・`д・´)
And when you step onto the table, you'll be amazed by the sight before you.
This means that you can create your own favorite abura soba without using the paid toppings!!
This time, I added vinegar, sesame seeds, and black pepper halfway through, which gave it a nice flavor change and made it delicious!!
By the way, the abura soba I ordered originally came with a lot of spring onions, but since I'm allergic to spring onions, I asked them to leave them out, and they gave me some seaweed as a free topping instead!!
I was happy lol
If you are even slightly interested, why not go and check it out?
It was "Ganso Yudo", an abura soba restaurant located near Yokohama Station, which is quite close to our hotel!
