As we previously News, we have confirmed that some guests who made reservations at some SOTETSU HOTELS hotels through Booking.com have received suspicious emails from an unknown source.
SOTETSU HOTELS and Booking.com do not request credit card information or payment before your stay via email or chat on the hotel reservation site to guests who have made a reservation. If you receive such a message, please do not enter your credit card information, access any URLs or view any attachments, as there is a high risk of Location or being redirected to a suspicious site.
SOTETSU HOTELS will continue to pay close attention to information security, including preventing unauthorized Location.
