Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?

In accordance with the guidelines of the relevant government agencies, minors staying alone must have parental consent.
We ask that you submit a consent form when you check in. If you do not submit the consent form, we may refuse to allow you to stay at our hotel.

Is there barrier-free access?

Our hotel has one room available, which is a welfare guest rooms(universal).
The guest rooms and bathrooms are designed to be large so that wheelchair users can stay comfortably.

Can I bring in drinks and food?

There are no restrictions on bringing in drinks or food.
We do not allow the use of outside companies for delivery services, etc.
 

Can I use the Internet in the guest rooms?

We provide free internet connection via Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) and LAN cable.
Wi-Fi location point. The password is written on the information POP in the guest room, so please refer to it.

Can I extend my stay?

The facility is open from 3:00 pm until 10:00 am the following morning.
*For guests staying on October 1st, opening hours will change from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am the following morning.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the front desk by 10:00 am.
If you would like to extend your stay, please feel free to ask at the time of check-in or reservation.
Extension is possible up to 2:00 pm.

It looks like I will be arriving much later than the scheduled check-in time. Until what time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 3pm.
If you plan to arrive after midnight or significantly later than your scheduled arrival time, please be sure to contact the hotel.
If you do not inform us of your arrival time, we may assume that you have cancelled your reservation.

Can I make an outside call from the guest rooms?

You can use internal lines from the guest rooms, but external telephone lines cannot be used.
Please use the public phone in the lobby on the first floor.

If you would like to make an international call, please ask the front desk staff.

Do you have computers available for rental?

Rental computers are not available.

Is nothing happening even when you press the "Search Booking" button on your smartphone?

If Safari's "content blocker" is enabled on an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad, some parts may not display correctly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please temporarily disable the content blocker settings on your device and try again.
As of June 2021, cases of inability to display the ad have been confirmed with TREND MICRO's "Virus Buster Mobile," but if you are using another ad blocking app, you can disable it by following the same steps.

Do you clean guest rooms everyday?

If you would like your room cleaned, you must attach a blue tag to the outside of your door by 12:00 noon.
Please note that if the tag is not attached, you will not be allowed into the room.

If you only want your towels changed, please attach an orange sign to the outside of guest roomsS door by 12:00 noon.
Towels will be provided at the door.
*For hygiene reasons, we will clean guest rooms every 4th night.
We may enter rooms on days other than cleaning days for guest rooms maintenance, legal inspections, and emergencies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Is there a public phone?

There is one in the lobby.
If you wish to make an international call, please ask the front desk staff.

Do you have a conference room?

We are very sorry, but our hotel does not have a meeting room.

Do you have a safe deposit box?

Security boxes are available at the front desk.
We will give you a valuables bag, so please write your name and other information in the designated space.
*There are no safety deposit boxes in the guest rooms.

Is there a place where I can smoke?

Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a smoking area.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask that you refrain from smoking anywhere in the building except in the Smoking Room.

Are there coin laundry facilities on site?

There are two coin laundries (separate type) on the 8th floor of the Main building of our hotel.

Are there any cigarette vending machines?

We are very sorry, but our hotel does not have any cigarette vending machines.
Some nearby convenience stores also carry the product.
Please contact the hotel staff for more details.

Do you have an ice machine?

There are free ice machines in the vending machine corner on the 8th floor of the Main building and the 1st floor of the Annex.

Our hotel is equipped with a water purification system throughout the building, and we make ice with delicious water - SOU-BI-SUI. Please feel free to use it.

There are ice cups next to the ice machine.

Could you please tell me how to get to the nearest station and hotel?

The nearest station to our hotel is JR Tamachi Station.
①The ticket gates for JR Tamachi Station are on the second floor, so please exit via the East Exit (towards Shibaura) and go down to the first floor.
2. Go straight through the first traffic light after exiting the station (Tamachi Station East Exit). (This is the intersection with Excelsior Cafe on the corner.)
③After crossing the bridge (Shinshibibashi) over the small canal, you will see the Sawayaka Shinkin Bank on your right and Lawson on the right at the back. Turn right at the corner (street name: Momoyo-dori). (It is a narrow one-way street.)
④Continue straight for about 50 meters and you will see a Natural Lawson on your left, and our hotel is just beyond that.

How can I access to Tokyo Skytree?

The nearest Toei subway station to our hotel is Mita Station.
There is an entrance to Mita Station at the west exit of JR Tamachi Station, so follow the signs and go down to the basement.
Mita Station has two lines, the Toei Asakusa Line and the Toei Mita Line, so please take the Toei Asakusa Line (bound for Oshiage).
Get off at Oshiage Station (approximately 20 minutes).
There is only one ticket gate at Oshiage Station, so once you exit the gate, you will see the entrance to Tokyo Skytree on your right.
If you require maps, route maps, etc., please speak to a member of the front desk staff.

Please tell me how to access from Tokyo Station.

We recommend location the train from Tokyo Station.
From JR Tokyo Station, take the Yamanote Line or Keihin Tohoku Line (bound for Shinagawa), and the fourth station is JR Tamachi Station (about 8 minutes).

Is there parking?

We are very sorry, but our hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot.
Please use the paid parking lot nearby.
Please contact each parking facility for information regarding fees, etc.
* Wheelchair users, please contact the hotel front desk if you wish to use a car.

Are there any convenience stores nearby?

There is a Natural Lawson store to the right of the hotel (30 seconds walk).
There is also a Seven-Eleven, located a one-minute walk to the left as you exit the hotel.
Please ask the front desk staff for more information.

What are the breakfast opening hours and what is on the menu?

Breakfast is available at the Chinese restaurant "Shanghai Tan DINING" on the first floor.

What are the accommodation fees for children?

Children of elementary school age and above will be charged the same rate as Adults.
Preschool children (younger than elementary school age) can sleep in the same bed as their parents free of charge.
We do not have baby cribs available.

What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee will be charged starting the day before your scheduled stay.:
・Cancellation the day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day: 80% of the accommodation fee
・No-show without notice: 100% of accommodation fee
The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total amount paid.
Please note that for group reservations and certain accommodation plans such as early bird discounts, separate cancellation fees may apply.

How can I pay by bank transfer?

You can pay by bank transfer up to 3 business days before the check-in date. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by phone.
*Please note that if you pay your accommodation fee and cancellation fee by bank transfer, you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.

Can I use a credit card?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UC, AmericanExpress, DC and UnionPay.
We are very sorry, but we are unable to accept DEBIT CARD. Thank you for your understanding.

When do I pay for my stay?

Payment is made at the front desk when you check in. If someone other than the guest will be paying, payment must be made before check-in, so please be sure to contact the hotel in advance.
Please note that We accept cashless payments only. We do not accept cash payments. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
When paying at the hotel front desk, please use a credit card or QR code payment. We accept various credit cards and the following QR code payments.
* Credit card and QR code payments are accepted at the automatic check-in machines.
* Credit cards can only be used for one-time payment.

Yes, you can.
Our hotel is an affiliated store that accepts VISA gift cards and JCB gift cards.

Can I request that separate receipts be issued?

To comply with the invoice system, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue separate receipts for a split accommodation fee for a single room per night or for only a part of the accommodation fee.

Can I stay with pets?

We are very sorry, but we do not allow pets in the rooms.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Can I store my luggage before/after check-in?

Yes, we will look after your luggage at the front desk both before check-in and after check-out, so please feel free to ask.
The period for which we can store your luggage is limited to the days of check-in and check-out.
We cannot accept excessively large luggage, excessive amounts of luggage, or items that require freezing or refrigeration.

Can I send luggage or mail to the hotel in advance?

Please be sure to include the guest's name and check-in date and send it to the care of the hotel.
We will hold your luggage from one week before your check-in date.

We are unable to accept parcels that are too large, large quantities of parcels, or items that require freezing or refrigeration.
Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery to the hotel, so please make payment when the item is shipped.

Can I send parcels from the hotel?

We handle Yamato Transport (cash on delivery/prepayment).
Luggage collection is done twice a day, at 10am and 4pm.
We sell cardboard boxes at the front desk, so please inquire at the front desk if you need any.

Can you make a reservation for restaurants for me?

Please note that we are unable to make reservations for restaurants or other facilities on your behalf.

I'd like to exchange foreign currency.

There is no currency exchange available at this hotel.
If you need assistance, please contact the front desk and we will introduce you to the appropriate facilities.
