Easy self check-in and check-out procedures

You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

Before check-in and after check-out, you can store your luggage in the self Self-cloakroom.
A transportation IC card is required to lock the wire lock. There is no charge.

Water purification system in the entire hotel "Ryosui Kobo"

By installing the "Water purification system in the entire hotel "Ryosui Kobo", all water used in the Guest Rooms sinks, showers, toilets, and throughout the hotel is transformed into gentle water called "SOU-BI-SUI".

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly, and all our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.
Contactless IC key card

All rooms are equipped with Contactless IC key card. A card key is also required to enter the hotel (between 1am and 5am) and to use the elevators.
High security prevents unauthorized entry, making this a safe place for families to use.
Use your smart phone as a room key

You can use your smartphone to unlock your room. It can also be used to enter the hotel (between 1am and 5am) and operate the elevators instead of a room key.
You can go out without having to carry your room key around.
* Contactless IC key card can also be used.
Air purifier with humidifying function

All guest rooms are equipped with air purifier with humidifying function.
