Self check-in/check-out terminal

You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

This is a device that saves lives from sudden cardiac arrest (sudden cardiac death). At Sotetsu Fresa Inn, we respect human life and have installed this device at the front desk of all our hotels. Anyone can use it, regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel.
Contactless IC key card

All rooms are equipped with a contactless IC key card. A key card is also required to enter the hotel (1:00 am - 5:00 am) and to use the elevator.
Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that families can enjoy a safe stay.
Use your smart phone as a room key

You can open your room door with your smartphone. It can also be used instead of a room key to enter the hotel (between 1am and 5am) and to operate the elevators. You can go out without having to carry your room key around.
