[Important] News of electrical equipment construction and power outage in the building

Our hotel is planning to carry out electrical installation work within the hotel as detailed below, which will result in a power outage throughout the hotel.

■ Construction period (planned)
Construction period: July 1, 2025 (Tue) - July 22, 2025 (Tue)
Work hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm each day *Work that generates noise and vibrations will be from 11:30am - 2:30pm

■Power outage date and time
Thursday, July 17th 11:00-14:30 (scheduled)
*Work times may vary depending on the situation.

■ Location of construction: The exterior wall outside the emergency staircase of the building

■ Impact of construction work

・Noise and vibrations to the coin laundry on the second floor and the Guest Rooms nearby ・Noise and vibrations from room 10 to room 13 on each floor

■Impact of power outage - Elevators will be unavailable during work hours, so please use the emergency stairs.
-During work hours, electricity facilities, toilets, showers, water and the internet will not be available.
・We are unable to extend your check-out time on July 17th.
Please check out by 11am.
・For members who check out on July 17th, the member benefit of 12pm check-out will not be available.
・For members checking in on July 17th, the member benefit of 2pm check-in will not be available.
Please check in after 15:00.
・For guests staying multiple nights, we will be unable to accommodate cleaning on July 17th.
*Towels can be exchanged.
