When you register for the SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM , you are required to authenticate E-mail address . However, if the email E-mail address after the @ E-mail address is "outlook.jp," "outlook.com," or "hotmail.com," you are not receiving the PIN code for authentication, and are therefore unable to proceed with membership registration.
