Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe-Sannomiya.
In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we will be conducting fire drills for our employees in accordance with the Fire Service Act during the period below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, but we ask that you understand the importance of the training.

Date: Wednesday, August 28, 2024 (Postponed due to Typhoon No. 10)
Time: 10:00-11:30 (may vary slightly)
Training content: Emergency bell announcement, emergency broadcast, evacuation training
*In the event of a fire, an emergency bell will be sounded and an emergency broadcast will be made; this is part of the training.
The elevators will be temporarily out of service. Please use the emergency stairs.
