[Important/Advance Notice] Request to change password settings due to enhanced security for SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB from March 30th onwards

Thank you for your continued patronage of SOTETSU HOTELS.

To enhance security and ensure a safer and more secure experience for our guests, SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB will be changing its password entry rules.
Therefore, we would like to inform you of the details, including the date and time of the change, as follows.

■ Change date and time
Around 10:00 AM on Monday, March 30th

■Changes The number of characters required when setting a password and the input validation conditions will be changed as follows.

[Before Change]
Character limit: 6-32 characters Input rules: Half-width alphanumeric characters

[After change]
Character limit: 10-32 characters Input rules: Use four types of characters including uppercase English letters (A-Z), lowercase English letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and symbols. *Symbols (', ", <, >) are not allowed.

■Procedures required of customers [From 10:00 AM on March 30, 2026]
Your current password will no longer be valid. Please change it to a new password that meets the new input requirements by following the instructions below.

*You will not be able to change your password to a new one before 10:00 AM on March 30, 2026.
*You can log in with your current password until 9:59 AM on March 30, 2026.

■ How to change your password
Please reset your password via the "Reset Password Here" link when logging into your member's My Page after 10:00 AM on March 30, 2026.

*Due to high traffic or other factors, you may experience issues using the service normally when changing your Location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please wait a while and try again later.
*Due to browser caching, you may be able to log in with your old password for a while. Please try again later, or try refreshing (reloading) the screen, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser.

■To our app users
You can continue to use the app after 10:00 AM on March 30, 2026, but for enhanced security, we kindly ask that you log out of the app and reset your password.

Customers who have not yet completed the necessary procedures will be automatically logged out of the app, so please complete the procedures as soon as possible.

■For guests scheduled to check in on March 30, 2026: To display the member QR code required for check-in from a source other than the app, you will need to reset your password. We recommend that you complete this procedure before check-in, or prepare a printout or screenshot of your member QR code in advance.

If you are unable to provide a QR code at check-in, you can reset your password during your stay and authenticate your membership QR code at the front desk to enjoy the benefits.
