This is the east exit of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kamakura-Ofuna higashiguchi('ω')ノIt's warm and sunny during the day, but these days it's bone-chilling before the sun comes out.
But I do like walking home after drinking under the cold sky, trying to sober up (laughs).
Well, that's all aside now!
Did you know that Enoshima has been recognized as one of the three best illuminations in Japan?
Apparently, it has won many awards, such as "Kanto Three Illuminations" and "Japan's Night View Heritage."
Finally!! It seems that it has been crowned one of the top three illuminations in Japan.
Its name is "Jewel of Shonan" (^^♪
I went there a few years ago, and I want to go back and see it regularly.
If you come here, be sure to stretch your legs!
In winter, the sun sets early, so at the end of your Kamakura sightseeing, head to Enoshima and spend the evening watching the sunset along the coast.
We'll land on Enoshima, watch the illuminations at the top, and then head home.
On the way back, take the Shonan Monorail and you'll be all set to come back in no time!
And if you get hungry, there are plenty of restaurants around Ofuna Station, so please refer to the restaurant map provided at the hotel.
The cold winter days have finally arrived, and it's dry, so please take care of yourself.
