This is the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kamakura-Ofuna higashiguchi! (∩´∀｀)∩Yay🍵
There is a fishing port in Kamakura Shonan! You can catch delicious fish there!
Ofuna also has many restaurants where you can eat delicious fish, but the fishing port in this area is not large, so only local fish is available...Odawara and Chiba are also nearby, so it seems that fresh fish is often sourced from there as well (; ･`д･´)
However, along the Enoshima Electric Railway in the Kamakura area, Koshigoe and Shonan are famous for their shirasu, and there are many other local specialties such as spiny lobster and clams!
The Koshigoe Koshigoe Fisheries Cooperative Association holds a morning market on Thursdays!
It opens at 10am, but they hand out numbered tickets and there's always a line, so it might be a good idea to line up 30 minutes to an hour before...! But it's a great chance to buy fresh, local fish at a low price! Locals look forward to it every month!
