Hydrangea season has arrived.
It's a humid season, but seeing these pretty flowers can lighten the mood a little.
The color of hydrangeas is said to change into seven colors.
This is said to be due to the effect of soil acidity (pH).
The anthocyanin pigment in the flowers changes colour when it combines with aluminium in the soil, turning blue in acidic soil and red in alkaline soil.
The thing you need to be careful of during this time is food poisoning.
They say curry tastes best on the second day, but you should never store it at room temperature. Always store it in the Refrigerator.
