We would like to inform you about the invoice system that will start in October 2023.
Advance payments on overseas booking sites do not support Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts).
*Please note that if you make a reservation with prepayment, the hotel will not be able to issue a receipt.
The hotel will issue a receipt only if payment is made on site.

If you require a receipt that complies with Japan's invoice system (qualified invoices and receipts), please make your reservation through our hotel's official website or official app, or through a travel agency or its booking site in Japan.
