We accept cashless payments only.
Please use a credit card or QR code payment system for payments of room charges. (We do not accept cash payments.)
Self check-in/check-out terminal

You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

*Soft drink vending machines accept IC cards and cash. Alcohol vending machines only accept cash.

It is installed in the vending machine corner.
Please feel free to use it when you want to enjoy a cold drink.
Coin laundry

We also provide coin laundry facilities with drying functions, so you can use them with peace of mind, whether you are staying for a long period of time or for a sudden overnight stay.
There are three washing and drying machines available for guests' exclusive use.

Water purification system in the entire hotel "Ryosui Kobo"

Contactless IC key card

All rooms are equipped with a contactless IC key card. A key card is also required to enter the hotel (1:00 am - 5:00 am) and to use the elevator.
Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that families can enjoy a safe stay.
Use your smart phone as a room key

You can unlock your room with your smartphone. It can also be used instead of a room key to enter the hotel (between 1am and 5am) and to operate the elevators. You can go out without having to carry your room key.
* Contactless IC key card can also be used.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly, and all our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.
