Introduction of restaurants near the hotel
Today I went to Yokohama-style ramen restaurant Gin-ya. The photo is of spinach ramen!
You can choose the firmness of the noodles, the strength of the flavor, and the amount of fat to your liking!
I like to add vinegar.
I may sound like an expert, but I've only been to this restaurant a handful of times.
I wondered if there was some kind of family rule, so I asked the staff member who accompanied me if I had to drink up the soup at the end, but he gave me a look like, "Huh?" It looks like I still have a lot to learn about ramen.
