[Warning] Notice regarding messages sent by hotels that lead to suspicious sites

It has been confirmed that some guests who made reservations at some SOTETSU HOTELS hotels through Booking.com received messages linking them to a suspicious website.
As of today, the following hotels have been confirmed to have received suspicious messages.

<Hotels where suspicious messages have been confirmed to have been sent as of August 1, 2024>
・Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza-Nanachome(confirmed late at night on July 25, 2024)
・Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya-Sakuradoriguchi(confirmed late at night on August 1, 2024)

SOTETSU HOTELS and Booking.com will never send you messages that direct you to suspicious sites. If you receive such a suspicious message from SOTETSU HOTELS or Booking.com, please be careful not to Location on any URLs listed in the message.

In response to the current situation, SOTETSU HOTELS is changing the login password for the management system provided by Booking.com and managed by our company, and is temporarily suspending the acceptance of new reservations via Booking.com.
