Can minors stay at the hotel?

Minors (under 18 years old) staying alone require parental consent.
We ask that you submit a consent form when you check in. If you do not submit the consent form, we may refuse to allow you to stay at our hotel.

Is there a cool box in the room?

The cool box is empty. Please feel free to use it. Freezing is not possible.
Please note that we cannot accept luggage at the front desk.
If you need ice, there is an ice machine (free of charge) in the laundry corner, so please feel free to use it.

Are there Connecting Room?

Unfortunately, our hotel does not offer connecting rooms (rooms next to each other that are connected by a door inside the room). Depending on the availability on the day, we will try to provide rooms as close as possible to you, so if you would like to stay in a connecting room, please contact the hotel after making your reservation.
Please note that smoking and non-smoking rooms are separated by floor, so we cannot provide rooms on the same floor.
Please note that depending on the guest rooms type, due to structural reasons, we may not be able to provide rooms on the same floor or nearby.

Can I access the Internet in my room?

All rooms are equipped with free wired and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) internet access. LAN cables are provided in the guest rooms. Wi-Fi is also available in the lobby.

Do you lend out Mobile chargers?

They are available for rental at the front desk. (Android, iPhone, and feature phones supported)

Do you have Non-smoking rooms?

84% of the rooms are Non-smoking rooms. Please note that the smoking area in the building is only on the 5th floor.

Could you please tell me about the fixtures and amenities in the guest rooms?

Is nothing happening even when you press the "Search Booking" button on your smartphone?

If Safari's "content blocker" is enabled on an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad, some parts may not display correctly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please temporarily disable the content blocker settings on your device and try again.
As of June 2021, cases of inability to display the ad have been confirmed with TREND MICRO's "Virus Buster Mobile," but if you are using another ad blocking app, you can disable it by following the same steps.

3. Tap "Content Blocker"

Do you clean guest rooms everyday?

If you would like your room cleaned, you must attach a blue tag to the outside of your door by 12:00 noon.
Please note that if the tag is not attached, you will not be allowed into the room.

If you only want your towels changed, please attach an orange sign to the outside of guest roomsS door by 12:00 noon.
Towels will be provided at the door.
*For hygiene reasons, we will clean guest rooms every 4th night.
We may enter rooms on days other than cleaning days for guest rooms maintenance, legal inspections, and emergencies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*Some hotels are excluded.

Are there vending machines, microwaves, etc. in the building?

There are soft drink vending machines on the 8th floor.
*This hotel does not sell alcoholic beverages such as beer or sake.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use Lawson (open 24 hours) on the first floor.

There is a microwave in the lobby on the 5th floor.

Are there coin laundry facilities on site?

There are two fully automatic washing machines on the 8th floor. They are available for use for JPY 500 (130 minutes).

Please tell me briefly about the location.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from JR Nagano Station, on the approach to Zenkoji Temple. There is a Lawson store on the first floor. The front desk is on the fifth floor of the complex.

I would like to come by car. Is there parking available?

The hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot.
Please park in a nearby paid parking lot.

As this is a paid parking lot, we do not accept reservations in advance. Parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.

From 3:00 pm - 11:00 am the next day: JPY 1,000 per night (parking outside of these hours is JPY 100 per 30 minutes)
Because this is a multi-storey car park, the maximum height is 2.05m, the car width is 1.9m, and the tire width is 1.8m. High roof cars are not allowed.
Entry and exit is not possible at night (between 11pm and 7am the following morning) when there is no parking attendant present.
Guests with large vehicles, guests who will be using their vehicles during hours when night-time entry and exit is not available, and guests who find the parking lot itself full upon arrival are asked to find another nearby paid parking lot.
Our hotel is located almost in front of Nagano Station, so there are many paid parking lots in the surrounding area. If you use parking lots other than West Plaza Nagano Parking, please pay the fee directly at each parking lot. The hotel will not cover the difference or offer any discounts.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding the parking lot and appreciate your understanding.

Can you tell me about breakfast?

Buffet-style dining is available from 6:30 am to 9:30 am for JPY 1,700 (tax included) per person. Reservations are not required, but you may have to wait if it is busy.

Do you have bedding for children?

Unfortunately, we do not have any available. If you would like a baby bed, please let us know when you make your reservation. (*There are a limited number of them. Free of charge.)

What is the fee if I bring children?

Preschool children can share a bed with their parents and eat breakfast for free, but elementary school students and above will be charged the same as adults.
Please note that we only allow one person to share a bed with another guest.
Single and semi-double rooms can accommodate one person, while twin rooms can accommodate two people.

Can I request that separate receipts be issued?

To comply with the invoice system, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue separate receipts for a split accommodation fee for a single room per night or for only a part of the accommodation fee.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we will look after your luggage at the front desk both before check-in and after check-out, so please feel free to ask.
The period for which we can store your luggage is limited to the days of check-in and check-out.
We do not accept storage across multiple days.
We cannot accept excessively large luggage, excessive amounts of luggage, or items that require freezing or refrigeration.

Is there a curfew?

No. In our hotel, the elevators to the guest rooms are card-key controlled, so you may take your card key with you when you go out.

If the "content blocker" of Safari is enabled on iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, some parts may not be displayed correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try again after temporarily turning off the content blocker setting on your device.
