Front desk/lobby

The front desk and lobby are located on the 5th floor. Our friendly staff will ensure you have a comfortable stay with their attentive service.

  • Cashless

    We accept cashless payments only.
    Please use a credit card or QR code payment system for payments of room charges. (We do not accept cash payments.)

  • Self check-in/check-out terminal 5th floor

    You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

Breakfast venue

The Breakfast Venue, Buffet Lounge SUN, operates under the motto of "local production for local consumption" and serves a Japanese and Western buffet centered around seasonal ingredients from Nagano Prefecture.

    They are installed in the coin laundry corner.
    Please feel free to use it when you want to enjoy a cold drink.

  • Coin laundry 8th floor

    We have a coin laundry with drying function so you can use it with peace of mind for long-term stays or sudden overnight stays. Two washing and drying machines are available. They are for the exclusive use of guests.
    *Only cash is accepted at the coin laundry.
    *Detergent is automatically added. Please note that we do not sell detergent or fabric softener.

  • Smoking booth 5th floor

    There is a smoking booth on the 5th floor of the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the restaurants and meeting rooms. Please use the smoking booth if you wish to smoke.

  • Internet Corner 5th floor

    We have PCs for browsing the internet available for free. Please contact the front desk for copy and fax services.
    *Copy and fax services are available at an additional cost.

  • Convenience store Lawson 1st Floor

    There are no vending machines on each Guest Rooms. Please purchase your drinks at Lawson.

  • Nagano Electric Railway Expressway Bus Information Center 1st Floor

    The express bus information desk for buses from Nagano to Ikebukuro, Nagano to Niigata, and Nagano to Osaka and Kyoto is located on the Hotel 1st floor.

    A cafe in front of the station that sells homemade jams made with seasonal fruits and serves freshly baked waffles. The handmade waffles are baked in-house and can be topped with ice and your favorite jam.

  • Big Echo Nagano Station Store 4th floor

    Karaoke Big Echo Nagano Ekimae is a 2-minute walk from Nagano Station. Karaoke offers a variety of karaoke rooms, from popular party rooms to Non-smoking rooms, as well as standard free time and student discounts. Big Echo Nagano Ekimae is open from 11:00 to 6:00 the next morning!

    We have prepared some delightful items for you, such as bath salts, skin care products, and hair care products. Please help yourself to whatever you like before going up to Guest Rooms.

    Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, breakfast area and all guest rooms.

  • Contactless IC key card

    All rooms are equipped with a contactless IC key card. A key card is also required to enter the hotel (1:00 am - 5:00 am) and to use the elevator.
    Our high security prevents unauthorized entry so that families can enjoy a safe stay.

  • AED (Automated External Defibrillator) 5th floor

    A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly, and all our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.
