October 29th marks the third anniversary of the Itaewon Massacre, and a memorial service will be held.
At 10:29 a.m., memorial sirens will be sounded across Seoul for one minute in memory of the victims.
The memorial siren serves to acknowledge that the tragedy is our collective responsibility and to reaffirm our commitment to preventing a recurrence of such a tragedy.
We ask all guests to please join us in observing a moment of silence in memory of the victims without rushing.
