Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?

If minors are staying alone, they must have parental consent.
(However, children under 15 years old cannot stay without a guardian, even if they have a consent form.)

We ask that you submit a consent form when you check in. If you do not submit the consent form, we may refuse to allow you to stay at the hotel.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

In the guest rooms, pajamas (top and bottom separate type)

In response to the Ministry of the Environment's revision of the "Legal Regulations Concerning the Use of Disposable Items in Accommodation Facilities," we will be changing Guest room amenities in order to follow government policy and actively participate in environmental protection.

▶ Toothbrush and toothpaste will no longer be provided free of charge and will be sold at the front desk.
▶ Shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel, facial and hand soap will continue to be offered as multi-purpose products as before.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and hope you will join us in taking a step towards protecting the environment.

Can I choose a specific room?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In order to ensure that all guests have a comfortable stay, we will assign rooms to you.
We are unable to specify the room or floor, but we will accept requests.

Is the water in the rooms potable?

Please use the complimentary mineral water provided in Guest Rooms. We will provide complimentary water for the number of guests staying every day.

Is it possible to check in earlier than 15:00?

①If you wish to check in before 9:00, you will need to make a reservation the day before.
Even if your room can be prepared on the day you request it, you will be charged the accommodation fee for the previous day.
②If you wish to check in between 9am and 12pm, we generally do not accept early check-ins during this time period.
This may be possible depending on the availability of rooms on the day, so please enquire at the front desk.
In that case, an extension fee will be charged.
③If you wish to check in between 12:00 and 15:00, an extension fee will be charged.
However, this may not be possible depending on the availability on the day.

*Please understand that items ① to ③ are greatly affected by Guest Rooms conditions.

What type of outlet is it?

There are two types of outlets: one that can be used directly with Japanese 110V outlets, and one that can be used with 220V outlets.

Can I borrow curling irons or Hair irons?

Our hotel does not lend out curling irons or Hair irons.

Can you connect an HDMI to a TV?

Yes, you can connect an HDMI cable to the Guest Rooms, but please bring your own.

Are there Air Freshner in the Guest Rooms ?

Air Freshner is provided in the guest rooms.

Is there USB charging available in the Guest Rooms?

USB charging is available in the rooms, but charging is slow.

How is the hotel security?

We use contactless IC card keys.
When getting on the elevator, please touch your card key to the sensor and press the button for guest rooms floor.
Only guests staying at the hotel are allowed inside.

Is there a smoking area?

There are no smoking areas inside or around the hotel.

Is there a WOWPASS card available in the building?

There is a WOWPASS machine in the lobby.
This machine allows you to exchange money and charge your card.
A loaded WOWPASS card can be used at all stores that accept card payments.
It also has a T-money function, so it can be used on public transportation such as subways, buses, and taxis.

Is there a scale to measure the weight?

We have a scale available in the lobby.

Are there restrooms in the lobby?

Is there parking?

We do not have a private parking lot or affiliated parking lot at our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Please tell me the child rates and accommodation fees for children sharing existing beds.

One child aged 6 and under stays free per room.
However, no additional bedding is provided.
If you need Bath towel or towels for your child who is sleeping with you, please ask at the front desk.
Please note that guests aged 7 and over will be charged the Adults rate.

Can I pay in cash at the hotel?

This hotel is a cashless hotel. Cash cannot be used for payments at the hotel front desk. Thank you for your understanding. Payment can be made by various credit cards and electronic money (Apply Pay, Alipay+, WeChat Pay).

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation fee is as follows:

1 day before to the day of your stay: 100% of the first night's accommodation fee
No-show without notice: 100% of the first night's accommodation fee

* For Sotetsu Club members: Free cancellation (However, prior notice is required. If you do not show up without notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.)
*For consecutive nights, the cancellation fee will be the rate for the first night of your stay.
*Cancellation policies may differ depending on the plan. Please be sure to check the cancellation policy as it is stated in the plan description and reservation confirmation email.

Can I use electronic money?

Alipay+, WeChat Pay, Apply Pay, and Kakao Pay are accepted.

Can I make a prepayment when booking through the official website?

Payment on the official website is only available on site.

I would like to change my payment on the official website reservation from on-site payment to prepayment.

Payment is only accepted on site, and cannot be changed to prepayment.

Can I pay with T-money?

We are sorry, but we do not accept T-money as payment at our hotel.
If you only have cash, we would appreciate it if you could load cash into the Wowpass machine in the hotel lobby and then make your payment.

Will you hold my luggage for me before check-in/after check-out?

Yes, we can keep it for you.
We can only store your luggage on the day of check-in/check-out. We cannot store your luggage until the next day. Thank you for your understanding.
 

Can I send my bags or mail to the hotel ahead of time via a parcel delivery service, postal mail, etc.?

Please include the guest's name and check-in date on the package and send it to the care of the hotel. We do not accept cash on delivery, so please pay when the package is shipped.

I have a visitor, can I meet with him/her?

For security reasons, we ask that people other than guests not enter the rooms. Please meet with guests in the lobby.

Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew. However, for security reasons, the main entrance is locked between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
Guests staying at the hotel can use their card key to unlock the door, but guests checking in should call the front desk staff using the intercom.

Have you taken measures to prevent bed bugs?

Our hotel conducts bed bug prevention work every month, and we have never had any bed bugs in our hotel.

Can I take a taxi in front of the hotel?

Please note that taxis cannot enter the pedestrian-only road in front of the hotel. Taxis can be picked up and dropped off in front of Olive Young across from the hotel.

During certain events, taxi pick-up and drop-off may be restricted in front of Olive Young. In this case, please use a taxi in front of Myeongdong Station.

If the "content blocker" of Safari is enabled on iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, some parts may not be displayed correctly. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please try again after temporarily turning off the content blocker setting on your device.
Cases where the ad cannot be displayed have been confirmed with Trend Micro's Virus Buster Mobile, but if you are using another ad blocking app, you can disable it by following the same procedure.
