What time is check-in?

Check-in starts from 3:00 pm.

Our front desk staff is available 24 hours a day, so please feel free to come even if you arrive late. However, if you are late and do not contact us, your reservation may be canceled, so please be sure to contact us.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in is available from 12:00 noon for JPY 1,000 per hour per room. However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation on the day, so please contact the hotel in advance if you would like to check in.

Can I extend my check-out time?

We accept extension of check-out up to 2:00 pm for JPY 1,000 per hour per room. However, please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the situation on the day.

Can I use the Internet in the guest rooms?

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.

Do you have a safe deposit box?

There are no amenities available in the guest rooms.
Valuables will be placed in a valuables bag at the front desk and kept in the hotel safe.
Please note that we may not be able to accept your items depending on their size or value.

Can I watch DVDs in my room?

Unfortunately, we do not have a DVD player.
However, you can watch terrestrial digital broadcasts on the televisions in Guest Rooms rooms, as well as streaming services such as YouTube and Netflix using your own account.

Are lotions and milky lotions provided in the guest rooms?

Although they are not provided in the rooms, they are available in the Free Amenities corner in the front lobby. In addition to Face lotion and Milky lotion, we also have face masks, Bathing powder, etc., so please feel free to bring them with you.

Can minors stay at the hotel without adults?

In accordance with the guidelines of the relevant government agencies, minors staying alone must have parental consent.
We ask that you submit a consent form when you check in. If you do not submit the consent form, we may refuse to allow you to stay at our hotel.

Can I make an outside call from the guest rooms?

I'm sorry.
Only internal lines can be used from the rooms.
If you need to make an outside call, please use the public phone in the front lobby.

The height of the pillow didn't suit me. Do you have pillows of different heights?

Although there are limited numbers, we have two types of pillows available at the front desk: TEMPUR®pillow and memory foam pillows, which are different from regular pillows. Please feel free to ask.

Can I be placed on a waiting list?

Unfortunately, we do not offer waiting lists for cancellations.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait a few days and search for available rooms again, or contact the hotel.

Is sleepwear available?

Yes, we do.
We have prepared a pair of Pajama shirt and pants in your room.

Plus sizes and children's pajamas are also available.
Please let us know when you check in.

Is nothing happening even when you press the "Search Booking" button on your smartphone?

If Safari's "content blocker" is enabled on an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad, some parts may not display correctly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please temporarily disable the content blocker settings on your device and try again.
As of June 2021, cases of inability to display the ad have been confirmed with TREND MICRO's "Virus Buster Mobile," but if you are using another ad blocking app, you can disable it by following the same steps.

Is it okay to smoke electronic cigarettes or heated tobacco products in a non-smoking room?

We apologize, but we ask that you refrain from using non-smoking rooms.

Do you have pajamas for children?

We have pajamas available in size 120.
Please let us know when you check in. (No advance reservations, first come first served. Numbers are limited.)
 

Do you clean guest rooms everyday?

If you would like your room cleaned, you must attach a blue tag to the outside of your door by 12:00 noon.
Please note that if the tag is not attached, you will not be allowed into the room.

If you only want your towels changed, please attach an orange sign to the outside of guest roomsS door by 12:00 noon.
Towels will be provided at the door.
*For hygiene reasons, we will clean guest rooms every 4th night.
We may enter rooms on days other than cleaning days for guest rooms maintenance, legal inspections, and emergencies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Is there a place where I can smoke?

There are no smoking areas.
There are "smoking" and "non-smoking" guest rooms available.
If you are a smoker, please reserve a room that allows smoking.

Are there coin laundry facilities?

It is Yes, located in the vending corner on the second floor. The cost is JPY 300 per wash and JPY 100 for 30 minutes of drying. Detergent is automatically added.
Also, there is no currency exchange machine in the laundry room, so if you need to exchange money, please stop by the front desk.

Are there vending machines?

Vending machines are Yes, located in the vending corner on the second floor.
There are vending machines selling soft drinks, beer, etc.
There are no cigarette vending machines. Please purchase cigarettes at your local convenience store.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Our hotel has Wi-Fi access throughout the building and in all guest rooms.
You can also use it to connect your PC. There are also LAN cables installed in the guest guest rooms.
There is a computer in the lobby that you can use free of charge.

Is there a large public bath?

We are sorry, but we do not have a large public bath.
All rooms are equipped with a unit-type bath. We also have Bathing powder available in the free amenity corner next to the front desk, so please feel free to use them.

Do you have scissors, fruit knives, etc. available for rental?

Our hotel only lends out scissors in the front lobby. They cannot be brought into the rooms.
If you would like to use the service, please come to the front desk and use it in the front lobby. Please note that the hotel does not lend out fruit knives or other items. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have an ice machine?

There is an ice machine on the second floor.
We also have transparent cups for ice, so please feel free to use them.
Our hotel is equipped with a water purification system throughout the building, and we make ice with delicious water, "SOU-BI-SUI." Please feel free to use it. There are also cups for ice next to the ice maker.

Is the water in the rooms potable?

Yes, you can drink it.
Our hotel is equipped with a water purification system throughout the building, so all the water in the unit baths in the guest rooms is also purified water.

What is the SOU-BI-SUI?

This is the name of the water provided by our hotel.
Our hotel-wide water purification system provides purified water for the faucets and showers in the guest rooms, the washlets, the faucets in the common areas, and the laundry water.
Experience SOU-BI-SUI, water that is delicious to drink and gentle to the touch.

Why does SOU-BI-SUI taste delicious and why is it good for the body?

The water purification system installed in the entire building removes dirt and rust from tap water, and reduces the amount of residual chlorine in the water to an amount that is in the lower levels of the legal concentration limit, making the water hypoallergenic.

●Please exit from the Yaesu South Exit.
●Proceed along the bus terminal to the right.
●At the first traffic light, cross towards Mizuho Securities and Yaesu Book Center.
●Turn into the road between Mizuho Securities and Yaesu Book Center and continue straight.
●After walking about 400 meters for about 5 minutes, you will see our hotel's rooftop sign.

Could you please tell me how to get there from the nearest subway station?

The nearest stations are Kyobashi Station and Takaracho Station, about 2 minutes away on foot.
After exiting Exit 6 of Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, look around and turn right just before Mizuho Bank.
Go straight and after crossing the intersection you will find our hotel on the right hand side.

Take exit A6 or A7 from Takaracho Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, walk past Kitakata Ramen Sakanai Kyobashi store along the main street, then turn left and you will find it on the left side of the street.

Can you tell me how to access from Narita Airport?

We will introduce two ways to access. Both take about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

There is a Family Mart about 30 seconds walk from the hotel.
There are also Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores within a 5-minute walk.

What are the breakfast opening hours and what is on the menu?

Breakfast will be served at “Sushi Japanese Bar Tokyobashi” on the first floor of the hotel with a choice of breakfast dishes.
Breakfast is Hours from 6:30 am - 10:00 am (Last order 9:30 am). Guests who have not chosen a plan that includes Breakfast can purchase Breakfast tickets at the front desk.

What is the room rate for an overnight stay with a child?

Up to one preschool child (until they have graduated from kindergarten or nursery school) may share a bed.
Children of elementary school age and older will be charged the same rate as Adults. However, if you are accompanied by two or more elementary school children, there may be separate regulations, so please Contact the hotel for details.

One child under elementary school age can sleep with you per bed.
Junior high school students and above will be charged the same as adults without exception.

How can I pay by bank transfer?

You can pay by bank transfer up to 3 business days before the check-in date. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us by phone.
*Please note that if you pay your accommodation fee and cancellation fee by bank transfer, you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.

What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee will be charged starting the day before your scheduled stay.
・Cancellation the day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the day: 80% of the accommodation fee
・No-show without notice: 100% of accommodation fee
The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total amount paid.
Please note that for group reservations and certain accommodation plans such as early bird discounts, separate cancellation fees may apply.

When do I pay for my stay?

Payment is made at the front desk when you check in. If someone other than the guest will be paying, payment must be made before check-in, so please be sure to contact the hotel in advance.

About receipts

If you pay directly at the hotel, the ticket will be issued at the front desk.
For online payments,

For reservations made before November 14, 2022, we will provide you with a receipt at the front desk.
Please contact the front desk.

Reservations made after November 15, 2022 can be issued online.

Can I request that separate receipts be issued?

To comply with the invoice system, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue separate receipts for a split accommodation fee for a single room per night or for only a part of the accommodation fee.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will look after your luggage at the front desk both before check-in and after check-out, so please feel free to ask.
The period for which luggage can be stored is limited to the days of check-in and check-out.
We cannot accept excessively large luggage, excessive amounts of luggage, or items that require freezing or refrigeration.

Can you make a reservation for restaurants for me?

The hotel cannot accept reservations for restaurants etc. on your behalf.

Payment methods include either cash on delivery or prepayment.

We also accept sending your luggage to the hotel before your stay.
If you provide us with the date of your stay and the full names of the guests, we will hold your luggage at the front desk until your arrival.
However, please note that we do not accept cash on delivery or COD items where the hotel will pay for the items in advance.

Can I send luggage or mail in advance by courier or post?

We will keep it for you from the day before check-in.
