Front desk/lobby

The front desk and lobby are located on the 1st floor. Our front desk staff will ensure a comfortable stay with their warm smiles and attentive service.

  • Cashless

    Our hotel only accepts cashless payments. Please use credit card or QR code payment to pay for your stay.
    (Cash payments are not accepted.)

  • Self check-in/check-out terminal 1st Floor

    You can carry out the check-in and check-out procedures with easy operation by yourself. Members of SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB can carry out the procedures even faster by holding up the membership QR code.

  • Self-cloakroom 1st Floor

    Before check-in and after check-out, you can store your luggage in the self Self-cloakroom.
    A transportation IC card is required to lock the wire lock. There is no charge.
    *Not compatible with Apple Watch.
    *Only available on the check-in and check-out dates. Available only to guests staying at the hotel.

In addition to the standard Breakfast, we also offer a "Kyoto Breakfast" with pickles, side dishes, tofu, and more. Please take the time to relax and unwind before your departure.

    Here you will find vending machines offering soft drinks and alcohol. Enjoy a beverage before relaxing in your room.

  • Ice maker 3rd floor

    It is installed in the vending machine corner.
    Please feel free to use it when you want to enjoy a cold drink.

  • Coin laundry 3rd floor

    We also provide coin laundry facilities with drying functions, so you can use them with peace of mind, whether you are staying for a long period of time or for a sudden overnight stay.
    There are three washing and drying machines available for guests' exclusive use.
    You can check the coin laundry's operating status on the TV in Guest Rooms.
    *The following payment methods are available at coin laundries.

Water purification system in the entire hotel "Ryosui Kobo"

By installing the "Water purification system in the entire hotel "Ryosui Kobo" the hotel, all water used in showers, toilets, and other areas is transformed into gentle water called "SOU-BI-SUI".

  • Contactless IC key card

    All rooms are equipped with contactless IC card keys. In addition, the elevators use a key-touch system, allowing you to go up to guest rooms floor by touching your card key.
    High security prevents unauthorized entry, making this a safe place for families to use.

  • AED (Automated External Defibrillator) 1st Floor

    A device for saving the life of someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest and preventing sudden cardiac death. At Sotetsu Fresa Inn we value human life very highly, and all our hotels are equipped with an AED at the front desk.

  • Air purifier with humidifying function

    All guest rooms are equipped with air purifier with humidifying function.

  • Internet TV

    The TV in the guest room is equipped with an app for online video streaming services. If you have an account for the service, you can log in with your ID and watch the videos.
