Famous spots for cherry blossoms and autumn leaves
Maruyama Park, Kodaiji Temple, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple are all within walking distance, while Heian Shrine, Nanzen-ji Temple, the Philosopher's Path, and Kyoto Imperial Palace are all within a 20-minute bus or subway ride. Enjoy seasonal events such as live-ups at each shrine and temple.
*Roads will be congested during the cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons, so we recommend using the subway as well.
