At SOTETSU HOTELS, we actively pursue fire prevention and disaster preparedness to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests. We conduct regular inspections based on the Fire Service Act and Building Standards Act, as well as voluntary inspections.
We also hold regular fire drills and disaster prevention drills to ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind.
In case of emergency, hotel staff will safely and promptly guide guests to the designated evacuation area.
To ensure our guests can stay with peace of mind, we have produced and published instructional videos outlining emergency procedures for situations such as fires and earthquakes.
Even in an emergency, calm initial actions and proper evacuation will ensure your safety.
