Effective March 1, 2026, we will be changing the handling of the Accommodation tax from the previous “inclusive tax method” to an “exclusive tax method.” Please note that the applicable method will vary depending on your reservation date, as detailed below.

・Reservations made by February 28, 2026
Even if the stay date is on or after March 1, 2026, the Accommodation tax is included in the room rate, so no separate charge will be applied. Example:
・Reservation made on November 1, 2025, for April 1, 2026 (1 night) → Not subject to separate tax
・Reservation made on November 1, 2025, for February 27 to March 3, 2026 (4 nights) → All nights not subject to separate tax

Regardless of your stay date, the Accommodation tax will be charged separately from the room rate.
